Schedules a sealed ASN for inbound delivery at a specific warehouse, date, and time slot. This also assigns the destination warehouse to the ASN. ASN must be in SEALED status. State transition: SEALED -> SCHEDULED. Fails if the warehouse is not eligible, the slot is no longer available, or the date is in the past.
