What is FBN?
Fulfillment by Noon (FBN) is noon's managed fulfillment model. Sellers ship their inventory to noon fulfillment centers, and noon takes ownership of storage, order picking, packing, shipping, and returns — end to end.
FBN is designed for sellers who want to scale on noon without building their own logistics operations. Once inventory is live in a fulfillment center, noon handles the rest automatically every time an order is placed.
How FBN Works
- Seller creates an ASN — An Advanced Shipment Notice (ASN) is submitted through the FBN Inbound API before any inventory is shipped.
- Inventory is sent to a noon fulfillment center — The seller delivers stock at a scheduled warehouse slot.
- noon receives and stores the inventory — Items are inspected, labeled, and put away.
- Orders are fulfilled automatically — When a customer places an order, noon picks, packs, and ships it.
- Returns are handled by noon — Returned items are inspected and reclassified by warehouse staff.
