What is FBPI?

Fulfilled by Partner Integration (FBPI) is noon’s system for allowing sellers to manage stock, prices, and orders programmatically through APIs or through certified integrators. It replaces manual processes with automated data exchange between the seller’s system and noon’s fulfillment flow.

  • FBPI is designed for sellers and integrators who need:
  • Automated order intake
  • Accurate, real-time stock sync
  • Faster fulfillment with reduced manual handling
  • Integration with operational dashboards for monitoring and troubleshooting

Who is involved in FBPI?

Noon

Receives customer orders, validates data, and triggers fulfillment events.

Seller

Owns the inventory and fulfills orders from their warehouse.

Integrator

A technical partner that connects the seller’s system to noon’s APIs.

Sellers can either:

  • Use a Noon-approved integrator, or
  • Build their own integration using a custom webhook and the noon API platform.

What FBPI automates

FBPI removes the need for manual file uploads, manual order acknowledgments, and error-prone operational steps.

Core automated workflows include:

  • Stock updates
  • Price updates
  • Order notifications via webhook
  • Order acknowledgment
  • Shipment creation
  • Once configured, these operations run system-to-system without manual intervention.

What FBPI does not automate

Certain steps remain manual or partially manual:

  • Manifestation: Integration warehouses must create manifests manually in Seller Lab.

  • Packing: Sellers pack shipments physically based on shipment labels.

  • Operational preferences: Fulfillment settings such as holidays and RTO preferences must be configured manually.

These steps vary depending on warehouse configuration and will evolve as APIs expand.

Key benefits

FBPI provides several advantages to sellers and integrators:

  • Higher accuracy: Orders and stock data flow directly between systems.

  • Operational efficiency: Reduced manual work and fewer human errors.

  • Scalability: Enables high-volume order processing.

  • Faster fulfillment: Automated data leads to quicker handovers and improved customer experience.

FBPI at a glance (summary)

  • FBPI is the API-driven fulfillment model used by sellers and integrators.
  • It relies on webhooks, stock/price/order APIs, and an integration warehouse.
  • Some operational steps remain manual (manifestation, packing).
