Step 1: Warehouse Setup

Before you can receive orders through FBPI, you must create and configure an Integration Warehouse. This warehouse links your store to your integrator or webhook and defines how noon interacts with your fulfillment operations.

This page provides a clear step-by-step guide for creating your FBPI warehouse using the self-service automation flow on Seller Lab. Screenshots can be added inline where indicated.

Why an Integration Warehouse is Required

An Integration Warehouse is the core component of FBPI. It enables:

  • Receiving order notifications through your webhook or integrator
  • Syncing stock and price through APIs
  • Creating shipments for noon to pick up
  • Managing all operational settings used in the fulfillment flow

Without an Integration Warehouse, orders cannot be routed to your system.

How to Create Your FBPI Warehouse (Step-by-Step)

You will create your warehouse entirely through the warehouse setup self-service in via Seller Lab.

Step 1 — Open the Warehouse tab

  1. Log in to Seller Lab using your Partner ID.
  2. From the left sidebar, select the Fulfilled by Partner tab.
  3. Click the Warehouses sub-tab.

Step 2 — Create a New Warehouse

  1. Click Add New Warehouse.
  2. Enter your Warehouse Name.
  3. Select the Country where your warehouse is located.
  4. Click Create Warehouse.

You will see a confirmation banner, and the warehouse will appear with the status Inactive until configuration is completed.

Step 3 — Configure Your Warehouse

Each warehouse must be connected to the integration method you selected earlier.

  1. Click Configure Warehouse next to your newly created warehouse.

  1. Click Choose Integrator, then select one of the following options:

Option A — Use a noon-approved integrator

  • Choose your integrator from the dropdown list.
  • Click Apply to confirm.

Option B — Integrate directly

  • Select Webhook.
  • Enter your Webhook URL.
  • Enter your API Key.
  • Click OK.

⚠️ Important: Do not change the webhook after activation unless absolutely necessary, as this can interrupt order flow.

Step 4 — Complete General Configuration

After selecting your integrator or webhook, complete the required warehouse settings.

You will configure:

  • Processing Time
  • Delivery Model
  • Handover Type
  • Manifestation Type
  • Operational Holidays (optional)

This documentation page does not describe each configuration in detail. You can find full explanations in the dedicated Warehouse Configuration Guide.

Step 5 — Activate Your Warehouse

Once each section is completed, the progress indicator will reach 100%.

  1. Toggle the warehouse status to Active.
  2. The warehouse is now live and ready to receive orders.

You can deactivate/reactivate the warehouse later if needed.

Next Steps

Once your warehouse is active, you need to add your products to the warehouse catalog. Check the following guide for detailed instructions: Step 2: Product and Inventory Setup.
